USWE’s Disposable Hydration System are hygienic and simple to use, and give complete peace of mind. By allowing users to simply remove, replace and recycle bladders when needed it eliminates the possibility of nasty germs growing inside previously used bladders. *Bladders used only with drink water can be reused, if using any other liquids we recommend to replace with a new fresh bladder after every day. *Drink tube, bite valve and adaptor cap must be cleaned regularly for best possible hygiene. Just detach the bite valve and adaptor cap from the drink tube and drop it in a jar filled with warm water and a teaspoon of soap. Shake the jar for 30 seconds and let it soak for 20 minutes. Then rinse and shake dry.
